Brett Richards, President and CEO, and Peter Flindell, Vice President – Exploration, will update shareholders on the exploration progress and geological understanding of the Company’s 100%-owned Moss Lake Gold Project in Northwest Ontario, Canada (the “Moss Lake Gold Project”).

Goldshore also announces that its board of directors has adopted an Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), under which the Company may grant its directors, officers, employees and consultants stock options, restricted share units, and deferred share units (together the “Share Based Compensation”) of the Company and which reserves up to 10% of its outstanding shares as Share Based Compensation. The Plan is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at its next Annual General & Special Meeting. Any grants of Share Based Compensation made under the Plan will also be subject to the approval of disinterested shareholders at the next Annual General & Special Meeting of the Company.
Goldshore is an emerging junior gold development company, and owns the Moss Lake Gold Project located in Ontario. Wesdome is currently a large shareholder of Goldshore with an approximate 27% equity position in the Company.
